Processing and Delivery
Orders ship from Texas within 2–5 business days. Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate domestic shipping within the United States:

If an order contains multiple product types, the highest applicable rate is charged. Orders totaling $70.00 or more before tax ship free.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in your cart before checkout, and again on the payment page before you pay.
Promotional Shipping Codes
We occasionally offer promotional codes for free or reduced shipping. Codes are entered in your cart and applied before checkout. Codes are offered at our discretion and may be discontinued at any time.
Domestic Only
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping through this Site.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Claims for damaged shipments should be made within 48 hours of delivery— contact us with photos. Lost shipments are handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies; contact us and we’ll help open a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Orders returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Regulated Products — Not Sold Through This Website

Regulated products are not sold through this website and cannot be purchased here. This Site sells general merchandise only — cleaning mats, stickers, patches, and apparel — which ships directly to customers with no transfer requirements.
Regulated products are handled by Texas Defense Group directly through licensed channels, in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local law. Where a transfer requires it, regulated products are transferred only through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, subject to all required paperwork, background checks, and any applicable state restrictions. Customers seeking regulated products should contact us directly.
