Returns

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• In original packaging
• In resalable condition

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll confirm the return and provide instructions before you ship anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the credit after we process it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shippingis the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.
